Luis Felipe Scolari has recalled former Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldinho into his 20 man Brazil squad to face England in February. The friendly takes place at Wembley on February 6th and will mark the F.A’s 150th anniversary.

Ronaldinho is now 32 and has not appeared for Brazil for over a year. The former AC Milan and Barcelona star has somewhat lost some of his former glory but his performances for Atletico Mineiro have warranted him a place in the national team once again. He was recently named in the Brazilerao team of the year and he has seemed to rekindle some of his former glory while playing in his homeland with Mineiro.

Ronaldinho despite his relatively young age is a legend of the game. His unique playing style has earned him many fans from all over the world. His speed, skill and incredible footballing brain set him apart and made him undoubtedly the best player in the world for a number of years.  During his most successful  period he won two La Liga titles, two supercopa’s and one Champions League with Barcelona.

To date, Ronaldinho has 94 international caps to his name along with 33 international goals. He has also helped Brazil win the 2002 world cup  and 1999 Copa America.  He was and still is a dead ball specialist and football fans across the world will undoubtedly be in for a treat when they see Ronaldinho line out against England on February 6th.
